By booking any service with Velare Express Mobile Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Velare Express Mobile Spa provides mobile auto detailing services at the customer’s requested location. We arrive fully equipped with our own water and electricity to perform services efficiently and professionally.

Service times may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and selected services.


2. VEHICLE CONDITION & EXPECTATIONS

Customers are responsible for accurately describing the condition of their vehicle at the time of booking.

  • Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, stains, or biohazards may require additional time and fees.
  • Final pricing may be adjusted upon inspection prior to service.
  • While we strive for the best possible results, some stains, scratches, and imperfections may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive buildup, pet hair, or specialty treatments.
  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept [cash, card, or digital payments.]

4. APPOINTMENTS & ACCESS

Customers must ensure:

  • The vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
  • Safe and legal access to the service location
  • Adequate space for detailing equipment

If access is not available upon arrival, the appointment may be canceled or subject to a fee.


5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Velare Express Mobile Spa reserves the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

6. WEATHER POLICY

As a mobile service, weather conditions may affect appointments.

  • Services may be rescheduled due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions.
  • Customers will be notified as early as possible.

7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Customers must remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to service.

Velare Express Mobile Spa is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings left inside the vehicle.


8. DAMAGE POLICY

  • Pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, stains, wear) will be noted when possible.
  • Velare Express Mobile Spa is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or fragile materials.
  • Any concerns must be reported immediately upon service completion.

9. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We strive to provide high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied, please notify us immediately so we can address the concern. Claims made after the technician has left the location may not be honored.


10. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Velare Express Mobile Spa is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Mechanical or electrical issues
  • Damage due to improperly installed accessories
  • Environmental conditions beyond our control

11. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • The vehicle condition poses a safety or health risk
  • The environment is unsafe or inaccessible
  • The customer is uncooperative or conditions are misrepresented

12. AGREEMENT

By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
