Prior to beginning the detailing service, we will capture images of the vehicle to document its condition. These photos will be used for before-and-after comparisons and to record any pre-existing damage for reference.
1. Booking & Appointments
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website by completing the questionnaire as thoroughly as possible to ensure accurate pricing and service expectations.
- Please ensure access to your vehicle at the scheduled time. If the vehicle is locked or unavailable upon arrival, a rescheduling fee may apply.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full-service charges.
3. Payment & Pricing
- Half of the payment is due before the booking to hold your time slot, and the remaining balance is due upon service completion.
- Our prices vary based on the condition of the vehicle and the information provided in the questionnaire when obtaining your initial quote.
- Any additional charges for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other unexpected conditions will be discussed before work begins.
4. Service Limitations
- While we strive for perfection, some stains, odors, and damage may not be completely removable. We will always do our best to improve the condition of your vehicle.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, loose parts, or malfunctioning electronics.
- Detailing services are performed outdoors or in customer-provided locations. Weather conditions may impact service availability.
5. Liability & Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings before service. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or misplaced items.
- We take great care when servicing your vehicle, but we are not responsible for unforeseen issues arising from aging or pre-existing vehicle conditions.
6. Weather Policy
- In the event of inclement weather, we may reschedule your appointment to ensure the best service quality. We will notify you as soon as possible if a reschedule is necessary.
